  • At your convenience from Zug

Delivery:

  • Delivery area: Zürich City (Zone 10): CHF15 / Zug City: CHF10
  • Delivery charges beyond the city centres will be determined based on location.

Terms:

  • Standard prices are provided on the website, however a final quote based on your requirements will be sent by email for review.
  • On confirmation of the quote, a minimum payment of 50% of the total order amount is payable.
  • Minimum order for regular size cupcake: 12 per flavour
  • Minimum order for mini size cupcake: 24 per flavour.
  • Orders of 100 cupcakes or more require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice.
  • Orders of custom sugarpaste (fondant) work requires a minimum of one (1) weeks’ notice additional to the time based on quantity required.
  • Quotations are valid for 7 days from date of quote.
  • Last-minute orders are certainly possible depending on capacity; this may incur a surcharge of CHF20.

While every care is taken during preparation and delivery, I accept no responsibility for the cupcakes after collection or delivery.

Cancellations:

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Should an order be canceled within 2 days of the delivery date 50% of the outstanding balance is payable.
